Can I order fabric, leather, or wood samples and is there a fee?
We offer upholstery samples on most of our microfiber (ultrasuede), cloth, and leather sets. Any item that has swatches available has a link like the one below that allows you to place your swatch order. Unfortunately none of our manufacturers have wood samples available but we do provide photos of each color available if there is a wood color option. Do you have more size or measurement information?
All the available size and measurement information is displayed with the item listing and all measurements are +/- one-inch. We list all the manufacturer's information and we also take our own measurements for things like seat or armrest height when we are able to. There are certain items we can take additional measurements on but on some made-to-order items we are unable to provide additional measurements since we do not unpack them when they arrive from the manufacturer in an effort to eliminate shipping damage.
What condition are the items you sell?
TREOmodern sells ONLY BRAND NEW, FIRST QUALITY merchandise purchased directly from manufacturers or wholesalers. We DO NOT SELL irregular or refurbished items. We are very meticulous about our items for the benefit of our customers and not only do we have rigorous quality controls in place with our suppliers we ensure each item is packaged in a way to avoid shipping damage.

What is the total amount I owe for my purchases?
The total due is the cost of the item(s) plus any options that may add to the total. Please note that if you select an option that increases the price, the price on the product screen is automatically updated to show the new price. All items have free shipping so there are no hidden fees. Sales tax of 8.5% applies to US residents in Oklahoma and Illinois only. Illinois residents only pay sales tax on certain items. Your total will be automatically calculated during our online checkout and you will see the total before any credit card information is needed to purchase.
All of our items have free shipping and handling. Many of our larger items have the option to upgrade delivery service to inside delivery or white glove delivery. To take advantage of this, please change the shipping option in the applicable product or let the phone representative know if paying by credit card by phone.
What forms of payment does TREOmodern accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card payment (U.S. Dollars only) during our secure, online checkout.
What time of day will my furniture be delivered?
UPS and FedEx Ground shipped items are typically delivered M-F anytime from 7:00am to 7:00pm in your local time zone. Larger items that are shipped via freight or specialty furniture mover are typically delivered M-F between 8:00am to 5:00pm in your local time zone. These deliveries are typically made in a 2 or 4 hour window. The shippers will contact you directly for a delivery appointment on the larger items and you will schedule the day and delivery window directly with them. Should you require special delivery options like a specific time of day (called a time-stop) fees will apply and these fees are typically around $150. In addition, if a delivery window is scheduled and you are not available when the shippers show up, a $50 re-attempt fee may apply.
What do I do if my item is damaged during shipping?
While we do everything possible to package our items and to use high-quality, reputable shippers, shipping damage can occur despite our best efforts. For freight shipping and specialty moving shipping items (all items that do not ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground) you will be required to sign a delivery slip when receiving your items. Please inspect all items prior to signing the freight slip. If there is any damage please describe the damage in writing on the delivery slip prior to signing and then accept delivery. If you elect for curbside delivery the items will be boxed. Please open each box and inspect for damage prior to signing the freight slip. Again, mark any damage on the freight slip when signing. This is the only way we can process a damage claim and this protects you and allows us to file a damage claim on your behalf. Once you have accepted the items, please take digital pictures of the damage and email them to sales@TREOmodern.com along with a detailed description of the damage. We will then take this information, file a claim with the shipper, and determine if we can repair or if we need to replace the damaged items. Most FedEx Ground and UPS Ground items do not require signature so please take digital pictures of both the box and the items and email them to sales@TREOmodern.com.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We offer free shipping on all products to make life easier for you.
All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx ground, DHL, common freight carrier, or specialty furniture mover. Pickup from our warehouse is NOT permitted.
Please note we cannot ship to Domestic
PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska & Hawaii and U.S. Territories.

How do I complete my purchase?
TREOmodern
offers two checkout methods on our website. You can add items to cart and then go through our normal checkout process or you can checkout via Google Checkout. Google
Checkout is available from the shopping cart page.
How do I choose a color or options for my item?
All items on our website have the colors available listed in a drop-down box for you to choose. Many of our custom made microfiber sets can be ordered in two-tone colors (sofa one color and the throw pillows a different color). If you want to order a two-tone sofa or sectional please select the main color in the drop down box when adding to the shopping cart and please provide detailed instructions on the notes/comments field on the last page of the checkout process. We will confirm all customized color options with you either by phone or email prior to ordering from the factory.
Why do I need to provide a phone number when making payment?
TREOmodern requires a daytime phone number for all orders shipping freight or specialty furniture delivery company. We require this because many of our shippers will contact you at this number to make an appointment for delivery. All information you provide to TREOmodern is covered by our privacy policy and we guarantee you that we do not market by phone or rent or sell your telephone number.
Can I exchange an item for a different color?
Yes you can on any item that is not made-to-order. However, any costs associated with the return and reshipping will be your responsibility. Please check with us prior to returning to receive item return instructions and to ensure we have a different color in stock.
Who pays for return shipping?
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy allows you to return any unused item as long as you contact us within 72 hours of receipt and actually ship the item within 7 days of receipt. We do not pay for return shipping so you may use any carrier you wish. We do suggest that you track and insure your package as we are not responsible for lost or returned packages.
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item because the item you received is different than our online description, we will fix the issue at no cost to you. Many times we require digital pictures to be taken so we can determine the best course of action while avoiding costly return shipping.
