White Glove Delivery

Many of our items have White Glove delivery available.  White Glove Delivery includes inside placement, up to two (2) flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly up to thirty (30) minutes.  The first flight of stairs shall constitute the fourth to fifteenth step and each additional flight shall consist of 10 steps or a fraction thereof.  Stair carries in excess of two flights shall be charged an additional $25.00 per flight per shipment.

Light Assembly Services are limited to those that can be performed without tools and are not to exceed 30 minutes per delivery. Typically this includes unpacking and placement in the room of your choice. If you require Full Tooled Assembly services please contact us. Set-up and assembly services do not include any electrical or component hook-ups.

Please remember to inspect all packages at time of delivery.  We go to great lengths to package our products in a way to avoid shipping damage.  In the off chance that there is damage, please write "Goods Damaged in Transit" on the delivery sheet that they have you sign.  This allows us to file a claim on your behalf and makes it much easier to take care of any problems surrounding damage.  Delivery normally averages 2-4 weeks but we cannot guarantee delivery times in all cases.

Inside Delivery

We offer inside delivery on many of our items.   Inside Delivery includes inside placement, up to two (2) flights of stairs, unpacking and debris removal.  No tooled assembly is included.  The first flight of stairs shall constitute the fourth to fifteenth step and each additional flight shall consist of 10 steps or a fraction thereof.  Stair carries in excess of two flights shall be charged an additional $25.00 per flight per shipment.

Standard Delivery

Products that do not have White Glove or Inside delivery available are shipped free using common freight carrier.  Free standard delivery includes "back of truck" delivery.  If you think you may need a lift gate to assist with delivery, please contact us regarding fees for the lift gate.  Most standard delivery items can be maneuvered with 1 or 2 people and a lift gate is not required.
